Mr. Harrell, Chairman and CEO, founded RHI in 1991 and has over 45 years of experience in providing investment advice to institutional and individual clients. Mr. Harrell is also responsible for all compliance issues at RHI. He holds the NASD Series 2 and 63 licenses.
